As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will provide critical care to patients transitioning from intensive care. You'll manage patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires strong clinical skills, particularly in monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
