Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations

• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• You help create a safe, organized kitchen environment that supports quality meal service and resident well-being.
