Work from home when appropriate while still providing meaningful in‑person clinical support to clients, families, and your team.

We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients . With a lower caseload, you’ll have more time for clinical decision‑making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.

UP TO $12,500 IN BONUSES

In addition to your regular compensation, you can earn up to $12,500 in additional bonuses.

FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

We don’t believe every BCBA needs to fit into the same box. Full-Time Salaried ($90k-$110k a year)

Full-Time Hourly ($80-$100 an hour)

Flexible Schedules

Current BCBA certification (or scheduled exam!, Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we compensate for this cost!)
