Education and Experience*** High School diploma or equivalent preferred* Five (5)+ years of experience preferred**Skills and Abilities:*** BAS Protocols - Develops an understanding of BAS communication protocols* Electrical Knowledge - Develops a basic understanding of Ohm’s Law* Blueprints - Understands the basic concepts of blueprints and schematic drawings* HVAC Systems – Develops basic understanding of HVAC systems and components* Hydronic Systems – Understands the basics of chilled, condenser and hot water systems* Air Side Systems – Understands the basics of variable and constant volume air flows.* Computer Skills – Possesses basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office products* Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests* Quality Management – Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Reacts well under pressure; Wellness isn’t just about your physical health; it’s about your finances, career, community, and relationships too.
