Location: La Crosse/Onalaska area Emplify Health by Gundersen Pharmacy locations
FTE: Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Shift: Flexible day/evening shifts with rotating weekends
Shift differentials: PM: $2.50, Weekend: $3.00
Weekend rotation: Holiday rotation: Occasional holidays
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated staff pharmacist to join our retail pharmacist team working at our La Crosse area pharmacies along with occasional shifts in Tomah and Prairie du Chien.

Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE pharmaceutical care, primarily at our LaCrosse/Onalaska area pharmacies with occasional coverage in Tomah and Prairie du Chien

Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions
Provide information and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health-related products

PharmD or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Immunization certification (ex. Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
