ASAP - Ongoing

Schedule: Main need is for Weekend Call Coverage 8a-8a, however potential for Day Coverage 9a-5:30p + weeknight call of 5:30p-9a

3-5 Phone Consults, 0-5 Patients seen

Cases: 15-18 patient encounters per shift

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

Paid housing
