Strategist - Consulting - Senior

A leading strategy consulting firm with deep specialization across the Energy & Power sector is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing Energy & Power Practice. The firm advises some of the most complex organizations across utilities, power generation, transmission & distribution, gas infrastructure, and large-scale capital projects.

With continued market demand across grid modernization, energy transition, data center infrastructure, and major capital project execution, the team is looking to hire an experienced Senior Consultant to lead high-impact client engagements from strategy through execution.

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 BASE + Bonus

Lead and manage full client engagements from project kickoff through completion and renewal opportunities

Own project timelines, scope management, deliverables, and overall client success

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Manage internal project teams, delegate responsibilities, and mentor junior consultants

Support Partners during project scoping and workplan development prior to engagement launch

Ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and internal quality standards

Identify opportunities for contract extensions and broader consulting engagements

Demonstrate strong understanding of major capital projects across generation, T&D, gas transmission, and data center infrastructure

BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field required

Direct experience with major capital project management strongly preferred (generation, T&D, gas transmission, data centers, etc.)

Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Comfortable working in high‑autonomy environments with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel extensively based on client needs
