Schedule: Premium Weekend Days (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Were seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized Cardiac Surgical Stepdown Unit. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about caring for post-operative cardiac patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working a premium weekend schedule. Youll provide exceptional patient care while partnering with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patients through recovery after cardiac surgery.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
Monitor post-operative cardiac surgery patients and respond quickly to changes in condition.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, and other healthcare professionals.
Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact Multi-State RN License.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of two (2) years of recent Registered Nurse experience.
Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Premium Weekend Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Three 12-hour shifts each week:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday or
Saturday, Sunday, Monday
