Hostess Position

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the establishment. You will manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, optimizing the flow of guests to maintain a smooth dining service. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure that guest needs are met promptly. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a hostess or in a similar role.

Familiarity with reservation management systems.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.

Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.

Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
