Position
Personal Injury Trial Attorney - Marietta, Georgia.

The role involves handling motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs, with responsibilities that include trial preparation and trial execution.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases

Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda

Guiding clients through the case process

Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits

Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases

Excellent client service and communication skills

Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
