Job Description Warehouse Associate
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $19.00Position SummaryResponsible for ensuring all warehouse functions are completed accurately and efficiently. Keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipment, and manages order fulfillment—meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Essential Job Functions Shipping and Receiving
Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documents and maintain related records.
Verify counts and documents match; Collect, organize, and file outbound freight and receiving paperwork.
Schedule inbound/outbound freight with Warehouse Manager.
Maintain inventory of shipping materials/supplies.
Receive, verify, and stock UPS orders by product category.
Recount incoming merchandise for accuracy.
Order Picking/Pulling
Use warehouse management system for catalog/merchandise identification and order fulfillment.
Pick and stage customer orders for shipping/delivery.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Organize items on pallets by hospital unit and repack/weigh as needed.
Report equipment damage/malfunction; recharge batteries at end of shift.
Support warehouse security and safety.
Place incoming materials in designated areas.
Previous warehouse or maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work 2pm–10pm shift.
