Telemetry Hospital RN

Provides specialized nursing care to trauma telehealth patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Ensures patient safety, monitors vital signs, and collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional post-acute and acute care.

Assess and monitor patient conditions using telemetry equipment and electronic health records.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions based on physician orders and patient needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide patient education and emotional support to promote recovery and well-being.
Document patient information accurately and efficiently in Cerner EMR system.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, policies, and industry standards.

Active RN license with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Experience with telemetry monitoring and critical care procedures preferred.
Leadership or charge nurse experience is a plus.
