Technology Architect - Performance Testing

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Architect with strong IVR testing expertise to lead performance engineering initiatives for large-scale customer interaction platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in performance testing, load modeling, capacity planning, and IVR technology stacks, ensuring highly available, scalable, and resilient voice applications.

Define and implement enterprise-wide performance testing strategies and frameworks.
Lead end-to-end performance testing activities for enterprise applications.
Define performance test strategy, workload models, and test plans.
Analyze performance metrics and identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues.
Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
Provide tuning recommendations for IVR applications.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support performance engineering best practices.
Mentor junior performance testers and coordinate testing activities across teams.

QA/Performance Testing experience with experience in a Architect role.
Strong experience testing IVR
Strong experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
Experience testing Web Applications, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-based solutions.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Java/.NET architectures, and distributed systems.
Experience monitoring applications using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
Strong skills in performance analysis, capacity planning, and root cause identification.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Knowledge of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in performance engineering, site reliability, and application tuning.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Relevant certifications in performance testing, cloud, or quality engineering.
