We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Primary CarePhysician (Family Medicine) to join a well-established outpatient practicein Windsor, Connecticut. Position Highlights

100% outpatient Family Medicine practice
Treat patients from birth through adulthood (no obstetrics)
Full-time weekday schedule
Flexible scheduling:
Four 9- or 10-hour shifts, or
Five 8-hour shifts
Minimal phone-only call:
One weekday every 6 weeks
Approximately two weekend call rotations annually

Qualifications

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
