We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our Physical Therapist will work closely with patients, providing them with personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their mobility goals. This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, physical performance, and mobility needs.
Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that focus on therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, and gait training.
Setting realistic and achievable goals for patients, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to help patients reach these goals.
Planning for patients' discharge, including recommending any necessary follow-up care or equipment.
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
A current license to practice physical therapy.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, balance and fall prevention, and patient and family education.
