Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs.

Customer Service: Policy Advisement: Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Process customer policy change requests.

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

A Property Casualty license is preferred but will provide training for good individual.

Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer service is highly preferred.

Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
