Job Title: Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer who will design and develop embedded hardware for customer programs across diverse industries. You will also contribute to requirements discussions, technical design reviews, and support prototype builds, testing, and design iteration. Occasional participation in customer-facing technical discussions will be required.

Support prototype builds, testing, and design iteration.

Participate in customer-facing technical discussions when appropriate.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• 3+ years of hardware engineering experience (flexibility depending on degree).
• Experience developing embedded electronics and PCB-based systems.
• Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit fundamentals.
• Experience in industrial, aerospace, defense, or medical product environments.

Design work requiring reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory awareness.

The environment is dynamic, requiring hands-on work with cutting-edge technologies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avon, OH.
