Salary: $40 - $55 per hour

Our organization, a renowned leader in the construction industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced HVAC Service Tech to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings.

1st Shift

Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and chillers to ensure optimal performance.

Conducting regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Providing excellent customer service, including responding to emergency calls and resolving issues promptly.

Keeping up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and integrating them into operations where necessary.

Documenting all service and repair information accurately and submitting it in a timely manner.

Training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
