Construction Labor/General Labor's Needed ASAP

Cassidy is looking for a Laborer who is experienced, self-motivated, able to work and adapt in fast-paced environments, and willing to embrace the challenges of working with evolving tasks and structures. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Southeast United States.

Serves as general project laborer

• Assists in loading and unloading trucks
• Responsible for housekeeping-related tasks for the equipment, facility, tools, and jobsite
• Works as spotter for equipment operators to ensure safe operation of machinery
• Provides general assistance as requested to operators, foremen, leadmen and Superintendents
• Serves as general support to project teams
• Comply with all DOT regulations and reporting requirements related to CDL status (if applicable)

Previous experience in construction, civil, or foundation work preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive labor tasks
• Clear communication skills and the ability to take directions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
• Familiarity with basic tools and construction equipment
• CDL a plus
