CNA's Needed-Rehabilitation and Nursing Care

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Facility: Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Location: Irvington, NJ

Shift: All Shifts Available

Salary: Up to $20 per hour

Your Role as a CNA

You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

Providing personalized care: assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

Promoting comfort & safety: monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well‑being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

Fostering connections: building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

Maintaining cleanliness: ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

Accurate documentation: recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

Collaborating with the team: working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

Enhancing quality of life: engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New Jersey.

A passion for delivering compassionate, respectful care.
