Responsibilities Developing and executing recruitment strategies: Collaborate within a team to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Sourcing candidates: Proactively sourcing the best candidates using various channels, including databases, professional networks, and referrals.

Screening and interviewing candidates: Evaluate candidates\' qualifications through phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.

Building relationships with candidates: Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

Negotiating offers: Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales, marketing, scientific discipline, or related field.

0-2 years of experience within sales, customer service, hospitality, client management, or recruitment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
