CLS - Lab Microbiology

Responsible for specimen processing, test performance and for reporting test results. Perform routine qualitative and quantitative analysis of various clinical specimens including blood and urine. Maintain records of laboratory results, quality control date, and laboratory procedures. Perform and optimize NGS library preparation on clinical samples Collect data as required by the SOP. Coordinate with internal and external audits and report instances of noncompliance to the appropriate compliance personnel Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Bachelor or Master of Science Degree with 1-3 years experience in Clinical Laboratory Science within the biotechnology or biomedical field. ***Open to entry-level CLS's but they MUST have their Generalist license

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thousand Oaks, CA.
