Job Responsibilities

Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized treatment strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional goals.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques to promote continual progress at home.
Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring that patients remain on the right path.
Education Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Opportunities for continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
