As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of our products. You'll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the highest quality of engineering work, and supporting the professional growth of your team members.

Own your team's delivery, quality and timely execution
Work closely with other departments, including product, design, and QA, to align engineering activities with company objectives
Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new engineering team members
7+ years in software development with at least 2 years of engineering leadership experience

• You are able to tackle sophisticated engineering problems that deliver results which help the team to achieve its objectives
