Salesperson for Retail Sales

As a retail sales representative you enjoy assisting clients with their project needs. You provide insightful and valuable design suggestions and application recommendations, creating an effortless and enjoyable shopping experience for the client. You are ambitious and eager to close a sale and go the extra mile to make sure a client's order is handled with care from beginning to end. You are dedicated to nurturing existing relationships with industry professionals and seek to gain new connections that allow you to increase your sales achievements. Retail sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the Bedrosians product line and gain business. You must uphold our high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction.

Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures

Assist with conducting inventory counts

Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation

Prepare and deliver bank deposits if required

Meet monthly sales quotas

Focus on increasing sales to meet branch sales plan

Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.

Please note: in some of our smaller locations, there may be a crossover of duties among Warehouse Associate, Customer Service, and/or retail Sales Representative positions. Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures

Follow proper pulling, packing, strapping, staging, unloading, shipping and receiving protocol

Comply with all safety policies and protocols

1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience

• Excellent Computer skills
• Excellent and professional phone skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Possess a flexible work schedule
• Prior experience in the tile and stone industry is a plus
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
