What You'll Do
Provide expert nursing care to patients during surgical procedures in the operating room
Prepare ORs by ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready and sterile
Assist surgeons and team members throughout various types of surgeries, including neuro, ortho, bariatric, and more
Monitor patient vital signs and comfort levels during operations
Follow strict safety and infection control procedures
Document all patient care accurately and thoroughly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification (required)
• 1+ year of OR RN experience, with preferred experience in neuro, ortho, bariatric, vascular, plastics, urology, GYN, robotics, and general surgery
• Ability to work on-call as needed and participate in weekend rotations

Preferred:
ACLS certification
Greater than 2 years of OR experience in relevant specialties
