Full‑time, non‑selling leadership position. Relocation to Western New Jersey is required if the candidate is not already local.
Driven by growth, performance, and measurable results
Recruit and attract high‑quality sales associates consistently
Increase market share within target markets
Oversee training initiatives for new and experienced agents
Partner with administrative leadership to maintain strong systems and support
Lead regular sales and business meetings
Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development
Research competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities
Establish a strong leadership presence within the local real estate community
Management Responsibilities
Manage administrative staff and sales associates
2-3+ years of real estate sales experience
Demonstrated leadership or team‑building experience
Financial literacy, including P&L understanding
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
Strategic planning and execution capabilities
Documented track record of success in prior roles
On‑Target Earnings: $120,000+
Performance‑based bonuses (eligible after 60 days)
