Early Intervention Physical Therapist
Responsible for coordinating treatment and implementing services for assigned clients (including outreach visits) as a member of a multi-disciplinary Early Childhood Services team. Provide outreach services to children and families
Meet direct service requirements based on part time or full time status. Remain compliant with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirement
Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
