Competitive compensation: base pay of $25/hour plus commissions and bonuses
Building, evaluating, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified drivers
Serving as the main point of contact between drivers and clients ensuring top-notch service
Following up with clients and field staff to ensure placements are a win for everyone
Resolving employee issues with confidence and professionalism (pay, schedules, coaching, discipline, etc.)
Managing compliance and documentation, including new hires, I-9s, background checks, and client-specific requirements
