Float Required: Yes (Med/Surg and additional Overflow Unit)

Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation

Special Procedures/Unit Details: The Bronson Battle Creek Observation Unit is good for the experienced travel RN with experience on units with high patient turnover, who has great prioritization skills, great customer service, and likes to stay busy. Holiday coverage is required; however, any RTO during holidays must remain flexible to accommodate staffing demands.
Travel Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED, may consider no travel if more perm experience.
Information Regarding Observation Unit: 10 Bed ER Overflow, Ratios 1:6 at Night; This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients.
Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units
Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.
