Human Resources Coordinator (Open)
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. e.g. annual cycle tasks, performance documentation, etc.
Assists to submit online investigation requests and assists with new-colleague background checks and onboarding.
Provides process improvement feedback to Lead HRC or management. Typically possesses high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-6 years of experience.
