Behavior Interventionist Empowerment Specialist

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Hiring Bonus
- 300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- 600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
2/hour for weekend shifts
+$5/hour for company-observed holiday
Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm 8:00pm

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual Spanish Desired
As a Behavior Interventionist, you'll do more than provide care you'll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.
1:1 Client Support Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
- Implement ABA Treatment Plans Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
- Provide Consistent Therapy Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
- Track Progress Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Foster Learning and Growth Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
- Maintain Professional Standards Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
