Head of Product Management, Advertising

Underminimalsupervision,identifiesandimplementsproductstrategies,marketingplans,promotional and advertising programs, as well as oversees all aspects of product management, including: requirements definition, surgeon customer feedback, product messaging, product launch, sales force and customer engagement, and product forecasting to ensure that existing and new products meet ATEC goals and expectations. There is considerable interface with and support to Sales, Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Surgeon Education, SalesTrainingand other departments withintheorganization,aswellasheavyinterfacewithsurgeoncustomersregardingbothnewproduct requirements and existing product support.

Maintains relationships with surgeon customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs; Develops sales collateral, efficient customer service processes, and short- and long-term product level forecasts to support assigned product line.

Provides leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines on cross-functional teams.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending sales training; establishing personal networks; Capable of managing and developing Product Managers capable of carrying out needed marketing strategies

Able to travel between 15-40%

Extensive knowledge of the spine market and the ability to continuously evaluate trends and adjust strategy to compensate and take advantage of shifts

Understanding of agile development principals.

Ability to multi-task within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure

Proven skill and experience in overall market analysis, planning, development and management.

Demonstrated capacity for planning, marketing and product development.

Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration, Marketing, or related fieldrequired.

3+ years of successful medical device marketing management experience with direct involvement in marketing andproductmanagement wherethe product portfolioincludedsurgical navigation and/or robotic capabilities.

Collaboration experience with multidisciplinary teams and a full understanding of the marketingfunction, operating room specialties and procedures, and a successful history of influencing product development in the surgical robots and/or navigation space. Prior successful development and launch of medical technology products through full lifecycle also required.
