Direct Patient Care & ADLs: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and patient transfers/transport.
Assist RNs and physicians with clinical procedures, maintain clean patient environments, and proactively address safety hazards or emergencies.
Monitor and promptly report physical, mental, and emotional status changes to the nursing team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Memory care experience.
