L&D RN - Labor & Delivery

Schedule - Weekend shifts required - Must commit to working 3 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year clinical experience required - Compact state nursing license must be in hand at submission - 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years (can include Charge RNs/Lead)

Roles & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive care for patients in labor and delivery, including antepartum care. - Manage high-risk labor & delivery situations, including pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiple gestations. - Conduct labor induction/augmentation and actively manage labor, ensuring maternal safety. - Respond to maternal emergencies effectively, including VBAC/TOLAC situations.

Compliance / Notes - Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (0 hours vs. standard 40) - Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits - RTO/scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submission
