Restaurant Server - All Shifts

The Best Japanese Food Restaurant is lookingfor more professionals to join our team. Kumori -Sushi and Teppanyaki-, is looking for energetic and fun people to join our team at our location in Trenton. We are hiring hourly Team Members for all shifts. We offer a competitive starting wage, flexible schedules, an amazing work environment, and there are lots of opportunities. Our history is steeped in tradition, respect, and appreciation for the origins, art form, and taste of sushi. At Kumori servers take orders, serves food and beverages to customers in our establishments. Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials. Also responsible for ensuring that customers have a satisfying dining experience. Emphasize personal, attentive treatment at a more leisurely pace.

Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service

Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested

Collects payments by accepting cash, check, and charge payments from customers

Must be over 21 to serve alcoholic beverages

Notify kitchen personnel of food orders, shortages, or special orders

Serves appetizers, salads, cold dishes and beverages

Recognize customer intoxication in accordance with Kumori policy

Must have great customer service skills and demonstrate oral or written communication skills
