Build and maintain all information in project files

Communicate all ship schedules to customers weekly, track shipments, and handle freight claims

Manage billing on all projects, including credits

Manage customer orders, including change orders

Produce submittals and Operations Manuals

One-year minimum electrical industry experience

Some Project Management experience (electrical industry preferred)

Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers

Computer literate, knowledge of NC Solar Eclipse, JM, and Microsoft Office Suite

Able to utilize the internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal information

Office environment is mainly seated at a desk Heavy phone and computer use Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
