The Project Manager ?Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.

Provide project management andoversight duties toaccomplishthe administrative, managerial, logistical,integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh programand projects.

ShallutilizeProject Management Institute standards andbest practices in the program and project management activities under thisPWS to include management and oversight for all phases of theprogram/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource,Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.

Shall perform functions for the government in managementof the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning andInvestment Control (CPIC) process and strategic planning and coordinationwith external stakeholders and over-seers.

Develop standard operation procedures anddocumentation to streamline future support.

Keep the government apprised of all risks associatedwith a project related to time, scope, and cost.

Track and provide project standings, status,implementation efforts, closeouts, and schedules to include but not limitedto a minimum of 250 sites.

Provideprocess improvements and recommendationsfor past and current projects and elements.

Providestaffing to adequately cover projects to include but not limited to at least 250 sites, CCMD andnon-CCMDelements.

Complete a quality assurance analysis documentationprovided to the Government.

Minimum of 10 years in project management experience.

Must have a Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification.

Work schedule:"Normal work hours" constitute on average 8 hours a day,40 hoursper week (excluding breaks and meal periods) within standard operational hours occurring 0600-1800, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
