Hospice Care Registered Nurse - Weekends

Hospice Registered Nurse
Join a fulfilling role where you can be a source of comfort and support for patients and their families during their most challenging times. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care, enabling patients to achieve their personal goals of care while leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Your expertise in clinical skills and symptom management will be essential in delivering high-quality care in homes, nursing facilities, and other accommodations.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call and weekend rotations as needed.
Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in various settings.
Lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care.
Assist patients in identifying and achieving their personal goals of care.
Educate caregivers and families to instill confidence in their ability to provide care.
Utilize strong assessment skills and critical thinking in symptom management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is highly preferred.
