This is a Texas-based commercial construction company with decades of construction experience spanning multiple generations. The business has been operating for over 20 years offering general contracting, construction management, and design-build services. They specialize in large-scale public and private projects, particularly government, municipal, aviation, multi-family residential, and commercial renovation work.
Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates.
