This role demands strong critical thinking abilities, sound scientific judgment, and effective leadership in preparing and planning for the safe delivery of care. Key Responsibilities\n \n Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive patient care. \n Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in clinical situations. \n Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of patient care. \n Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. \n Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. \n Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel involved in patient care. \n Position Requirements\n \n Current Arizona Registered Nurse license. \n Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing specialty. \n Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. \n Work Schedule\n \n Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. \n 12-hour shifts with a commitment to working every other weekend. \n Patient Care Ratio\n The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 6:1. Additional Notes\n Scrub colors are flexible, allowing for any color choice. \Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
