We are looking for a Chiropractor who is growth-oriented and eager to be part of a rapidly expanding clinic system.

O'Mally Management Group is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary healthcare client in Longview, TX. Our client operates innovative, community-focused clinics designed to deliver exceptional care and build strong patient relationships.

The clinic offers a comprehensive soft tissue and rehabilitation program that combines chiropractic care with physical therapy and other specialties, such as orthopedic and pain management. This integrated model supports a steady and diverse patient flow while offering chiropractors a unique collaborative care environment.

We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor who is:

Deliver high-quality chiropractic care, including evaluations, manual therapy, and treatment planning

Work closely with physical therapists and medical professionals to ensure integrated patient care

Educate patients on chiropractic principles, treatment plans, and preventive health strategies

Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when appropriate

Demonstrate leadership and support clinic goals and community presence

Interest or experience in soft tissue and rehabilitative therapies preferred

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Ability to stand and sit throughout the workday

Ability to demonstrate and assist with passive and active therapies

Comfortable with moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
