Material HandlerMaterial HandlerTriumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Material Handler for a prestigious client in the Washington Metropolitan Area.This highly motivated and customer service-focused professional individual will be responsible for working on site at the client by helping them manage their hazardous waste programs mainly including medical waste material.Triumvirate provides leading institutions in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors with diverse services and advice to assist them with compliance management. Responsibilities:Safe pick-up of all regulated medical waste and materials from client sites, also including lab plastics and pathological waste.Working closely with the client on site for ensuring timely and smooth waste removal.High School diploma or GED.Strong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs promptly and professionally.Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationMust be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environmentMust be able to lift 60 pounds or more on a regular basisThe Material Handler frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
