Location: Buffalo, NY Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Address: 2370 Walden Avenue Buffalo, NY 14225 Pay: $22$33 per hour - Based on experience

As a Parts Counter Person, you'll be the go-to resource for both customers and our service team, ensuring they get the right parts quickly, accurately, and with top-notch service. Assist retail and shop customers with selecting parts, providing product information, quotes, and guidance on companion items and specials.

Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers with a professional, friendly approach.

Manage inventory issues; notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock items, locate parts from outside sources, and submit emergency orders when needed.

Follow up on backordered or special-order parts with customers and service advisors.

Support outside sales representatives and solicit assigned accounts by phone.

Keep counter areas and equipment clean, participate in training programs, and stay current on product updates.

Maintain a professional appearance and follow all health and safety policies.

ASE or Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist certifications are a plus.

Communication Skills: Able to read instructions and manuals, write basic reports, and clearly communicate with customers and team members.
