Hotel Housekeeper

Provide exceptional housekeeping services by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing all assigned guest rooms to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Stock and organize linen carts with the supplies required for designated work areas. Maintain supply closets in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition. Conduct room status checks at designated times and accurately document rooms as vacant, occupied, or available for service. Assist Housepersons with the removal and transportation of soiled linens, trash, and other housekeeping materials as needed. Follow all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications include the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
