Registered Nurse - Med SurgLocation: Pagosa Springs, ColoradoAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day shift, 0615 to 1845, 3 days per week.We are seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide observation and/or inpatient care to patients assigned to the Med Surg Unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing patient care, administering nursing care and procedures, monitoring and reassessing patients, documenting assessments and changes in condition, and educating patients and families.
