This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Adult Psychiatry Physician to join a team supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team supported by 24/7 nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and Education Specialists

Enjoy a balanced inpatient schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation (7:00 a.m. – Provide care on a 14-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit with an average daily census of 9 patients and a typical length of stay of 3–5 days, focusing on acute crisis stabilization for conditions including suicidal/homicidal ideation, psychosis, and substance withdrawal/detox

Serving a surrounding population of 230,000

Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Eligible for state medical licenseand DEA registration

Accept and manage inpatient referrals, serving as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician as needed, while actively contributing to initiatives that enhance quality of care and cost-effectiveness.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
