Assess and manage the care of assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Plan and implement direct clinical care to ensure patient needs are met.
Supervise nursing staff to whom care is delegated.
Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality and safe patient care.
Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
