Evening Facilitator

Seneca Wraparound Facilitator
The Wraparound Facilitator's primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings using Wraparound principles that are family centered, individualized, strengths based, and outcome focused. The program's goal is to help children and families with complex and enduring needs receive intensive treatment in the least restrictive environment that is appropriate. The Wraparound Facilitator's role is to provide assessment of the client and family's needs and lead the team in providing treatment to support the family toward meeting their goals.
Wraparound works in close partnership with Department of Social Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes. Wraparound provides strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for children and youth by drawing upon community and family strengths. Facilitation of Child and Family Planning Meetings. This includes meeting preparation, coordinating attendance, facilitating the meeting, writing meeting notes and distributing them within two days, writing mental health notes, and cleaning up after the meeting.
Collaborate with county and community partners including but not limited to county social workers, probation officers, outside therapists, psychiatrists, teachers, etc.
In circumstances where there is serious threat of harm, this may include physical management/restraint of the clients (implementation of Seneca's Equilibrium model).
Maintain a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed.
Master's degree + BBS Registration preferred
Bachelor's degree + 4 years' experience working with children/youth and families with complex and enduring needs in a mental health setting.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends.
Willing to respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating emergency on-call system.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Experience working with youth in out-of-home care.
Experience working with a diverse population either through professional or personal experience.
Strong organizational and writing skills.
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Community-based 24hr on-call rotation, ~7 days per quarter
Starting at $35.88 - $38.38 per hour
Additional salary increase upon passing bilingual proficiency exam
