BMW of Minnetonka is looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. As the face of our service department, you'll play a vital role in delivering the premium ownership experience BMW customers expect while building lasting relationships and trust.

As a Service Advisor, you'll act as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team, ensuring every guest receives a transparent, professional, and seamless service experience.

Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs
Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process
Create detailed repair orders and service estimates
Verify warranty coverage and administer manufacturer warranty claims when applicable
Keep customers informed on repair progress, completion timelines, and costs
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
1 or more years of previous Service Advisor experience

• 1 or more years experience as an automotive technician a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Represent one of the world's most respected luxury automotive brands

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $41,092.00-$120,000
Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
